Appointment of Administrators
On 20 October 2009, Daniel Francis Butters, William Kenneth Dawson and Neville Barry Kahn were appointed Joint Administrators of Heywood Williams Group PLC ("the Company"). The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators who act at all times as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability. All of the Joint Administrators are authorised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
The Joint Administrators are required to issue a statement of proposals to members within eight weeks of the date of appointment. In accordance with paragraph 49(6) of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Joint Administrators will publish a notice in the Times newspaper, detailing how members can receive a copy of the statement of proposals.
